BIDS LEFT IN THE ABSENTEE CATALOG WILL BE TAKEN TO THE LIVE AUCTION ON 4/1 AND USED TO BID COMPETITIVELY AGAINST THE LIVE CROWD. YOUR BID IS A LEGAL & BINDING AGREEMENT. No Item shall be removed from the premises without the assistance of Island Auction Company Personnel. Please do not attempt to remove your items on your own. As (most) items sell they will be gathered by IAC personnel. After your bill is paid IAC Personnel will assist you with obtaining your items and each item will be checked off as it leaves the building to ensure everyone receives the exact items they won. At this time the Loading & Removal of purchased goods will become the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you have elected Shipping & have not heard back from the auction Company within 5 Days, pease contact the Shpping Department at (252-489-8227).
