of Texas or any other state may be charged sales
tax on all items in this sale. Only verifiable dealers or
manufacturers which qualify under State Guidelines of
the Department of Revenue of Texas will be exempt
from applicable sales tax.

guarantee, express or implied, as to the contents. It is
for this reason that buyers should avail themselves of the
opportunity to make inspections prior to sale. All items

and Export Law Assurances as stated in any conditions
governing this sale. They must include an address
(letterhead) phone number for daytime and after hours
that this person or other acting officials may be reached.
There must be proof that they are a US company,
organization or citizen.
Auction starts at 11:00 AM (PST) and will continue until all lots are sold.
Vehicle sales will be sold with the front outside items that start at 11:00am (PST), (times are approximated only).
