Description	This specialty auction is for all of the clocks aquired from an estate. A collection that took the previous owner a life time to accumulate. Mostly advertising clocks, most of the clocks are in good condition. We've attempted to picture all of the issues we could find, please inspect the pictures carefuly. Nearly all of the electric clocks run. We have gotten almost all of the mechanical clocks to run and have noted if they did not run. This does not mean they may not need some tinkering. We enourage potential buyers to come take a look if you're within driving distance. Otherwise please ask questions and we will try to answer them to the best of our ability. Junk In The Trunk Antiques and Collectibles LLC will not ship to an address not listed on your HiBid account. 5.No Items are to be removed from the auction premises until they are paid for in full. 6.There is a 10% buyers premium in effect for this auction. 7.All bidders should be aware of their tax liabilities when bidding. All purchases in New York State will be subject to 8.00% sales tax, unless the purchaser has a New York State Sales Tax Exemption Number. Exemption numbers from other states are not valid in New York. A current New York Out-of-State Resale Certificate (OSR) must be provided for exemption. There is a 10% buyers premium in effect for this auction. Please also be aware New York State tax is applicable to you when bidding unless you have a tax-exempt certificate on file. PICK UP - Purchases must be picked up at the designated location- located at the location provided when pickup is scheduled. It is YOUR responsibility to make pickup arrangements with us following the close of the auction. Pickup must be made by appointment no later than 5 calendar days after payment is made. Payment must be made within 3 business days of the close of the auction. Any items not picked up within this time frame may incur a storage fee. After 15 days items will be considered abandoned and will be relisted or disposed of. We will have smaller lots packaged before pickup and labeled by lot number. Larger items may not be packaged or wrapped. We do not provide boxes, packing materials or assistance to help load upon pickup. Please arrive prepared. SHIPPING - Shipping is available for most items at the buyer's expense. In addition to postage fees, we charge a $5 MINIMUM packing fee for each invoice only not each item. Estimates can be provided upon request. Please submit your requests no later than 3 days before the auction closes. All items shipped must be insured and shipped to the address on file with HiBid.

We are open from 10am til 6pm tuesday through saturday. Please note that we close from 1pm til 2pm to get lunch. pickup for this auction WILL NOT BE AT OUR STORE; the pickup location will be at julie's place antiques 3300 E. Main St. Endwell, NY - Please contact us to schedule a time for pickup. If you show up without an appointment your lots may not be ready. If you need to pickup on Sunday or Monday.
