Buyer is responsible for the complete removal of buyer's purchases and accepts full responsibility for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on pick up premises. You must be able to carry and load your own items, and provide any boxes and/or packing material needed for transportation of items. Seller and buyer expressly agree that the buyer is responsible for and agrees to indemnify seller and their respective affiliates for any and all damages (whether based on contract, tort, warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, and including special, incidental and consequential damages), losses, expenses, attorney's fees, court cost, etc. that arise out of or result from the removal, possession or use of any items purchased at auction, or any other claim regarding the use or possession of any asset purchased at auction. Your bid is a legal binding contract between you (registered bidder) and Milwaukee Auction House LLC. All sales are final and sold As Is, Where Is, without warranties or guarantees of any type and with all faults-No Exceptions. Seller expressly disclaim and exclude the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders should satisfy themselves as to the usefulness and value of each item. Any statement in the description regarding the items to be sold should be considered a guide and a guide only. Applicable taxes of 5.5% sales tax will be charged unless a sales tax exemption form is provided PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE. Sales tax is added to both item price plus Buyers Premium. In the event of internet failure of either the HiBid online bidding system or other technical internet failures under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Milwaukee Auction House LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before, during or at the ending of the auction.. Milwaukee Auction House LLC reserves the right to cancel, extend and/or reopen the auction. Auction end times: Milwaukee Auction House LLC online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Milwaukee Auction House LLC online auctions also have an auto extend or "Soft Close" feature so when a bid is placed in the final 60 seconds of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 60 seconds from the time the bid was placed. The auto extend / Soft close feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 60 second time frame. Milwaukee Auction House LLC does not test all items. All descriptions are believed true, inspections are encouraged. Measurements are approximate sizes. You are bidding on the described item, and the photography. FAILURE TO PICK-UP AND PAY FOR ITEM: If you can not make the pick up times allotted for an auction, you must contact us prior to bidding to make other arrangements. If you do not pickup your item during pickup times and you fail to call us to make other arrangements the item(s) will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited to Milwaukee Auction House LLC and buyer will be banded from bidding on future auctions.
