NO EXCEPTIONS. Remember to refresh your page during bidding, especially in the closing minutes of bidding. Please bid from the live catalong and not your watch list, the watch list isn't in real time. Auction has a soft close, the lot will not officially close untill all bidding has ceased. Shipping is not provided by Cornerstone Realty and Auction. The Mailroom will pick all items needing shipped, after they are paid for in full,after the auction pickup day is over. All shipping arrangments are the sole responsiblilty of the buyer. Cornerstone Realty and Auction does not guarantee or warranty the shipping services provided by this company. Shipping pickup includes smaller items only. For questions on shipping of larger items please call 859-329-8193. A 15% buyers premium will be added to the winning bid. A 3.5% fee will be added to all buyers paying with debit/credit. This will show up as an 18.5% total buyers premium on invoice. Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, boxes etc for the removal of items from the property.
