Auction Terms & Conditions There is a 18.5% Buyers Premium on ALL purchases. Acceptance of Terms: Buyers registering for and using ANDSOLDIT bid cards, placing bids online agree to the following Terms of Sale, which you agree with when you check the box when you register, and place first bid: *****There is a 18.5% Buyer's Premium on ALL purchases. ***A 2.5% discount is offered on any invoice that is paid with a cashier's check or bank wire. Please let us know ASAP after the auction if you wish to pay via one of these methods. ***ANY RETURNED CHECK WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM $40 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS. *****ALL BIDS PLACED DURING AN ACTIVE AUCTION ARE FINAL. No bids will be removed or retracted at any time. If you have any questions or concerns please ask before bidding. * Payment or payment arrangements need to be made by one business day after the auction. We process credit card payments on the day after the auction closes. If you would like to pay with an alternate card please send an email prior to the auction ending. Shipping/handling charges will be applied to the invoice at the end of the auction. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase please contact us ASAP to make arrangements for this. ****We are required to charge sales tax to winning bidders in Texas State. Buyers will pay a sales tax rate of 8.25% on all purchases. If you have a valid TX re-seller ID number please contact us before auction's end to have your invoice adjusted. ***Payment or payment arrangements are required in full within 7 days of auction's end. After 7 days a late fee will be assessed to the account in the amount of 3% of the total invoice or $10 whichever is the higher amount. Please pay promptly. Thank you! * We offer in house shipping. Shipping charges will be applied at the end of the auction. We ONLY ship USPS, and UPS. YOUR ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 14 DAYS. We will provide tracking to the email address you have on file once your item ships out. * AS SOON AS THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED AND HANDED OVER TO SHIPPING AGENCY ALL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ITEMS WON WILL FALL ONTO THE BUYER. IF THE ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT, STOLEN WHEN DELIVERED, OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, THE ITEMS ARE NO LONGER THE POSSESSION OF AND SOLD IT AND AS SUCH NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN. Buyers Premium: All sales are subject to a Buyer's Premium; reference to the Buyer's Premium is made in any associated auction advertisements. Buyer's premium will be a stated percentage and must be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. Handling Fee: There is a handling fee assessed with each invoice.
