This auction is for a surplus of new and used construction related items, as well as some genral shop items. Everything is list as is, as shown and described to the best of our ability.
Pick up will be Satuday April 1st,10:00 to 12:00pm(NOON). There are NO alternate pick up dates. Pick up will be held at 2405 US Hwy 136 Carthage, IL. Please pickup your items during the pickup times. Do not ask to pick up at another time, as we are not going back. Watch for signs!!! This is a CHECK ONLY payment auction. The ONLY accepted form of payment will be check. PLEASE READ ALL THE TERMS You are responsible for the loading and packing of ALL of your items. If you need totes, packing, boxes or HELP loading, you need to bring it with you. Please bring help to load large items. If you need help loading large items, you need to bring it with you. Again, if you need help loading large items, you are responsible for bringing that help with you. If your items are not picked up by 12:00pm on April 1st, your card on file will be charged. NO exceptions. If your card is not able to be charged at this time, you will be blocked from bidding on all other auctions and reported to other auctioneers that use the the HiBid.com platform. If the auction is at our facility and you do not pickup your items during the pickup times your items will be held for 3 days ONLY. If the auction is onsite ,(at the home), and you do not pickup your items during the pickup time, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. We are only at the home during the listed pickup times. All items are as is, where is with no faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warrented. NO guarantees on ANY items.
