When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs.
All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights.
Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Each of our auctions will have a publish preview and inspection day.
The first lot will close at 4:00pm with consecutive lots closing every few seconds so the last lots will close within a few hours. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold.
A physical inspection of the items is encouraged before bidding - please plan to inspect the items in person on one of the scheduled preview days.
Auction Terms - 13% Buyers Premium. All purchases will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction. 10% Buyers Premium for Truck paid with certified funds, wire transfer or Cash.
