STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM (CST) on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 6 PM (CST). The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 17 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 1 minutes of the lot closing. LINKED LOTS-Part of a Closing Group **Some items may be part of a Closing Group. If any lot in this group has its bidding extended at the end of the auction, all of the other lots in this group will have their bidding extended allowing bidders to jump back and forth In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or made arrangements for payment by the end of the last pick up day, the auction company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction company may at their discretion permanently ban the non-paying bidder from doing business with Langham Auctioneers, in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform.
