A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the final selling price. All purchases made by Indiana residents will be subjected to Indiana sales tax. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Thunder Valley Auctions reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Thunder Valley Auctions shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Thunder Valley Auctions reserves the right to cancel this auction or remove any item/lot from this auction before the close of bidding. Item descriptions and listings are subject to be changed, updated, or canceled at any time without notice. All items must sell through the auction process, with no pre-sales.
