In this auction, we are auctioning: Books, Roseville pottery, Hummels, Collectibles, Costume Jewelry, Furniture, Housewares, Men's clothing, Women's Scarves, Storage bins, Bookcases, Toilet Papers, and more Bidding is from February 17, 2023 to February 23, 2023. The auction will start to close on February 23, 2023 at 7:45 PM. This is an as is, where is auction. Everything that receives a bid will sell, even if it is at the opening bid. Terms and Conditions

Auction Terms & Conditions Auctioneers Buyer is responsible for timely removal of items with no assistance from McCurley's Online Auction & Resale, or its associates. 1. State driver's license or ID card is required to register. Must be 18 years or older to register. 2. Buyer premium shall be 15%. Buyer premium shall be added to the hammer price and that sum shall be the taxable amount. 3. Unless arrangements are made, payment is due at the conclusion of the auction and the card you register with will be charged. Methods of payment are AMX, VISA, Discover or MC. 4. Tax will be 8.25% unless Buyer is Tax Exempt. Proper documentation and forms must be provided prior to removal of tax. 5. All items sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties. 6. Auction staff reserves the right to bid and buy any auction items. 7. Auctioneer and auction team are agents for the seller and will conduct business in his/her best interest. 8. Auction staff is not responsible for load out or providing any equipment for same. 9. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges. 10. No buyers shall trade any items on the auction premises. 11. Only items labeled Shipping Available will be shipped. 12. There will be a $4.00 handling fee added for each box shipped. 13. Out of state bidders must contact the auction to arrange payment and shipping. 14. Any items not picked up by the end of the last day, shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND. 15. All items must be picked up from auction location by end of last scheduled pick up day.

Payment Terms	Credit card on file may be charged the day following the auction starting at 12:00 noon unless other arrangements are made prior to 7:00 PM the day the auction is scheduled to close. Buyer premium shall be 15%. Buyer premium shall be added to the hammer price and that sum shall be the taxable amount. Please make sure your payment information is correct and has appropriate funding. If paying by cash, cash payment is due at pickup. If your merchandise isn't paid for by the final day of pickup at the close of business, you will be reported to HiBid and your bidding privileges will be revoked. Please understand this is not eBay, eBay is not subject to auction law; HiBid is subject to auction law which makes any bid a legally binding contract. If you bid on an item, and you are the winner of that item, you are obligated to pay for that item, and remove it within the time frame specified. If Buyer is tax exempt, Buyer must provide a copy of their Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit and a provide Auction with Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate.

Shipping / Pick Up

3 Days to pick up your items. The hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday, February 24, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 25, and 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 26, 2023. If needed, we will work with you on scheduling a pick-up time outside of our set schedule. We are here to work with you and your busy schedule. Items not picked up by Sunday will be charged a daily storage fee of $1.00 per small item or $5.00 per large item. Items not picked up by the following Friday will be considered abandoned and will be returned to the original consigner. We offer local delivery within 20 miles on small items for a fee based on number of items purchased and delivery location. We do not deliver large/heavy items. Out of state bidders must contact the auction to arrange payment and shipping. Do not request items to be shipped that are not marked Shipping Available. We also do in-house shipping on small items marked Shipping Available using USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Fee is actual cost of mailing and a $4.00 handling fee per package - this fee is non-negotiable; we offer this service as a courtesy and supplies to pack and ship your merchandise are not included in the final sale price of your items. Multiple purchases will be combined to save on shipping fees. USPS Priority Mail includes $50.00 of insurance, if Buyer requests more insurance, actual additional cost of requested coverage will be charged. Shipping will occur within 5 working days after payment Example: if the auction closes Tuesday, your purchased items marked available for shipping will go out no later than the following Tuesday. Your card on file will be charged prior to shipping for the settlement cost of your purchases, actual shipping costs and a $4.00 handling fee per package. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package ships. Please do not call or email us to inquire about your package unless the 5 working days have passed.
