The Garringer Group, LLC. has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for every sale to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the buyer's responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. The Garringer Group, LLC. reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason and also reserves the right to cancel this sale, or remove any item or lot from this sale prior to the close. Sellers or their agents reserve the right to bid on their own behalf to protect their investment(s). Sale on all items is subject to seller approval. The Garringer Group, LLC reserves the right to confirm the sale with the seller, and bid on behalf of the seller, if necessary. Items may have reserves that may or may not be noted. All decisions of The Garringer Group, LLC. are final. MAX BID: When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price doesn't automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will go to the next highest increment and will be increase as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. By placing any bids you have agreed by legal contract that your bid or max bid is what you are willing to pay for that specific lot(s) and may have to pay full bid or max bid amount of any bids placed. The buyer agrees and is responsible for every bid amount placed. BUYER'S PREMIUM AND SALES TAX: Unless a specific auction states otherwise, a 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all items and lots. Every buyer pays the same buyer's premium and should bid accordingly. For example, if you bid $100 on an item at the auction you will be charged $115 for the item on your invoice. Please take this into consideration when bidding. In addition, there will be an discount of 3% buyer's Premium for Bidders who chose to pay via cash. 7% IN Sales Tax applies. (Farm Use and Sales Tax Exempt will need to fill out an Exemption Form). FIREARM and AMMO PURCHASES: All high bids from individuals (Non FFL Dealers) on firearms will be required to complete a NICS Background Check during time of checkout, so bring your Indiana driver's license. There will be a $20.00 processing fee for EACH firearm through The Garringer Group, LLC. to complete final purchase. FFL Dealers will need to bring a copy of their FFL license and driver's license upon purchase. Shipping is available and typically runs $30 handguns and $60 for long guns. Shipping is billed seperate and nothing ships until paid in full. All are shipped to another Class 1 FFL Dealer by USPS. You must be a resident of Indiana to pick up a firearm and the person who won/paid for it, unless you have the appropriate FFL license as determined by The Garringer Group, LLC. You must be at least 18 to purcahse long gun ammo and 21 to purchase handgun ammo. If it can be used in both, then it is handgun ammo. Bring your driver's license. No exceptions and no refunds if you fail a background check. Don't bid if you are a felon. AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every few seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend the auction for additional two (2) minutes. An e-mail of invoice will be sent to the winning bidder/buyer of each auction after auction has completely closed. PAYMENT: All buyers must pay for their purchases in full within the scheduled removal dates after sale. The Garringer Group, LLC. accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Cashier's Check. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time the sale ends and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. REMOVAL: All successful buyers must picked up their items within scheduled removal dates unless other arrangements have been made. No items can be removed until The Garringer Group, LLC. has received and acknowledged payment in full. No exceptions. For any items not picked up by scheduled removal dates, there will be a $3 per day storage fee starting after removal dates. The Garringer Group, LLC. will hold purchases for 5 business days. Just reach out to us. After the 5 business days have expired you will forfeit all items of ownership back to seller. The Garringer Group, LLC. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated removal period. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and removal of all items purchased without assistance from The Garringer Group, LLC. SHIPPING INFORMATION: Smaller items can be shipped inhouse by our very experienced staff. We always go for the least expensive option and always follow federal law. Typically, flat rate boxes and packages are used. Shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks if we are swamped. Please wait this long to inquire about items you haven't recieved. Insurance is automatically charged to the buyer. Fragile items don't typically ship well, so don't expect them to be shipped. Ammo and Firearms always go 21 year or older signed signature receipt and is the cost of the buyer. Ammo must go UPS Ground. Nothing ships until you pay for the shipping cost. The Garringer Group, LLC does NOT provide any special shipping services. Large items and fragile items requiring special shipping services can be dropped off at the UPS Store, Anderson, IN (765) 644-1981. It is the buyer's responsibility to take shipping and handlings & insurance costs into consideration when buying items. All "shipping" purchases must be paid in full within checkout dates/times. Ultimately, if you aren't sure if it can be shipped, then it probably would be quite expensive. SHIPPING FIREARMS: Firearms shipped are legally required to be shipped to an ATF licensed FFL dealer within your state of residence for transfer and pickup. You will be responsible for all shipping and transfer costs incurred. SUSPENSION / PERMANENT BAN: A buyer will be suspended or permanently banned from The Garringer Group, LLC. future sales for providing false or fraudulent information when registering, or failing to pay. A buyer will be permanently banned from The Garringer Group, LLC. future sales for failing to honor the "REMOVAL" terms made under that bidder/buyer registration. Behavior and misconduct issues on site will result in a permanent ban, also. We are reasonable people and will do reasonable things to accomodate you, stay calm, please. Everyone is in a hurry. TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, The Garringer Group, LLC. reserves the right to extend the sale, continue the sale, or close the sale. Neither the company providing the software, nor The Garringer Group, LLC. shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
