By registering in this auction, you have agreed to the terms below: All merchandise is sold as-is, where-is. All descriptions are believed accurate, but not warranteed. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Discrepancies must be reported at the at time of pickup - No Exceptions. All Bidders are required to be verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to decline a bid or bidder at our discretion. We offer a 4% discount for local customers paying with cash. If you are a cash buyer please notify us before the conclusion of the auction, otherwise your card on file may be charged automatically. Buyer's with inaccurate card information will be reported and blocked from future sales. There will be a 12% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. Items can not be picked up without completed payment. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. Due to lack of storage space, all items must be picked up during the allowed pick up days. If items are not picked up, or arrangements made, your item(s) will be considered abandoned. As such, your item(s) will be forfeited without refund. These item(s) will be disposed of or resold at our discretion. Shipped items are mailed within 2 business days of payment received. Shipping charges are based on USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Fees. This ranges from $8.95 (flat rate envelope) to $21.50 (large box) and can be found on the USPS website.
