It is the buyers responsiblity to inspect all items prior to bidding. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Items with Titles: Consignors are required to turn in any titles/keys to the cashiers office before item can be offered at auction. Cash payments can have the title signed over that day IF both parties are present and a notary is on staff. Payments of check and credit card must be processed and funds recieved by the auction company before the title can be transfered. Please allow 7-14 days to process titles.
