AT 7:00 PM THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 10 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. The buyer also assumes all liability in the deconstruction process. *No packing supplies or loading help will be provided so be sure to plan ahead to bring the items / people that you need *If you bid on items and your credit card declines, you do not communicate with us and don't show up for the pick up you will be BANNED from bidding on our auctions.
