PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING AND BIDDING -Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. A physical inspection is encouraged and suggested. All items are sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Preview days and times are listed above. -When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agreeing that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyers premium and sales tax. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bids cannot be cancelled and all bids are final -The first lot will close at 12pm with consecutive lots closing every 30 seconds. Our auction is a soft close auction so if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for another 2 minutes. Once all the bidding has stopped on that lot it will be sold. -A 10% buyers premium will be charged on all lots sold. The Georgia sales tax of 7% will also be added unless you have provided us with a valid State Sales Tax Certificate. Payment is to be made at the time of pickup. There is a 3% charge is you use your card but will be waived if you use cash. -If we are unable to get ahold of the winning bidder by 3pm Friday following the auction, the merchandise will be considered abandoned. If the invoice is unpaid, you will go on Hibid as a non paying bidder and will be banned from participating in future auctions All items must be picked up by Friday at 4pm following the auction -All buyers hereby certify that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed above -By accepting these terms and conditions you are giving Georgia State Pallet Auction LLC consent to send emails and SMS text messages to your email and or cell phone number on file for the following reasosons: winning bidder notifications, upcoming auction notifications and upcoming auction closing notifications
