01/18/2023-02/01/2023 Houston February Bar & Restaurant Equipment Action This auction includes many great items including steam pans, small ware, ovens, griddles, baking racks, cleaner, bar coasters, reach in refrigerator, slush machines, bar stools, booths, steam table and more. All of these items are located at our Houston TX location at 779 Bradfield, Houston TX 77060 Preview will be Tuesday, 01/31/2023 from 10am - 4pm Pick up for items will be Thursday and Friday 2/2 and 2/3 from 9-5 There will be a $10.00 storage fee per day per pallet/item for late pick up. No exceptions will be made for late pick up! Please bring your own help for heavy items. ***Any UNPAID Invoices will automatically be charged, to the credit card on file, at 4:30pm on the 2nd day of pick-up.

Removals are allowed to be made on the (2) days following each auction exept when one of those days lands on a Sunday. Then the next pick up day will be a Monday TERMS AND CONDITIONS **There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.** ** All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. *PAYMENT TERMS: PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:30P.M. ON THE SECOND DAY OF PICK UP, IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE, WE WIILL PROCESS YOUR CARD ON FILE * ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH: Hodges Auctions and Liquidations LLC (PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UPON PICK UP WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.) Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction. Hodges Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time, bid on behalf of the seller, and extend the closing date if needed. Bidder agrees to hold Hodges Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants. Please Note: Items left in our warehouse after the auction pick up dates will loaded onto a pallet and will be assessed a storage fee in the amount of 10.00 per pallet per day or 60.00 per pallet per week. Furniture lots will be assessed a fee of 10.00 per piece per day or 60.00 per piece per week if they do not fit on a standard 48" x 40" pallet. Items left past 2 weeks will be considered abandoned and will be re-auctioned in order to recover storage costs. No refunds will be given on abandoned merchandise and the bidder may lose their future bidding priveleges.

Payment Terms
All items will need to be paid for at the time of pick up specified in the auction information section. There will be a 16% buyers premium and 8.25% tax applied to all purchases unless a tax exemption form is provided to us at the time of pick up. We will need a seperate tax form for each auction invoice. Thank you.
We do have the ability to ship items to winning bidders who are unable to pick up from our location. All invoices must be paid prior to shipping and additional shipping and handling charges will apply. You MUST contact us prior to bidding to ensure that items that you are wanting to purchase can be shipped. We will not ship large furniture items, large glass items etc. and if you are the winning buyer of these items you will be charged for your purchase. Please call 832.316.6608 prior to bidding to ensure that we will be able to ship your items of interest. NEW HANDLING FEE WILL BE $10.00 FOR THE FIRST BOX, THEN $5.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL BOX. WE WILL CONDENSE BOXES TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. WE WILL ALSO SHIP USING THE CHEAPEST CARRIER AT THE TIME. Storage fees will be added for late pick up.
