Online purchases are to be paid within 24 hours following the end of the auction or by cash at pickup no later than the Wednesday following the close of the auction. Pick up will start on Sunday, January 29, 2023, from noon to 4:00 p.m. or by appointment. Items MUST be picked up by Wednesday, February 1, 2023. ITEM PICK UP & REMOVAL: All successful bids must be picked up within scheduled appointment unless other arrangements have been made. No items can be removed until McKinney Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Any items not picked up by scheduled appointment (for specific auction), WILL BE FORFITTED TO THE SELLER- McKinney Auctions reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full, picked up, or shipped by the conclusion of the appointment made.
