Auction Terms & Conditions. We do not ship! This is an online-only auction. Bidding will open 01/11/2023 @ 5pm begin to close on 01/18 @ 7pm Items will close every 25 seconds begining with lot #1. We have a 2 minute soft close feature. This means that if a bidder bids on an item at the last second, bidding on that item will be extended for an additional 2 minute to allow everyone the opportunity to bid more if they would like. * Preview: Tuesday & Wednsday 9:00am - 4:00pm or by appointment. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * It is the responsibility of the buyer to have throughly inspected items and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition, authenticity and value and to bid based accordinaly. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have PREVIEWED or EXAMINED the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally preview or examine them. * Auctioneer Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Buyer's Premium: 18% less 3% for cash or preapproved check payments. Payment: Payment must be received within 48 hours of auction conclusion. We accept MC, Visa, Discover Cards as well as cash and preapproved checks. 18% buyer's premium with a 3% discount from that for payment by cash or check. All Payments are processed at Pickup. Pick up: All items must be removed from the Auction hall on Thursday 01/19/23 & Friday 01/20/23 8am-5pm or by Appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If items are not picked up there will be a 10.00 charge per day per lot until picked up. After 15 days, we will resell the item(s). The initial purchaser will be considered the consignor of these items and they will be paid as such, minus fees.
