Description	This online-only auction will start to close on 11/30/2021 at 6pm Pacific. Please read all the way to the bottom and visit the Terms & Conditions for complete auction information. Earlywine Auctions presents an online-only auction featuring the remaining inventory of Furniture Royal in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is an auction hosted by EarlywineAuctions.com and includes a variety of brand name furniture, decor, and more. All items are sold as is, no exceptions. All items are extra stock or floor models. Obvious flaws in the items have been included in the photographs listed with each lot. The auction's first lot is scheduled to close at 6pm Pacific on Wednesday, November 10th. Auction lots will close every 30 seconds after that. This auction practices an auction closing style known as a soft close. This means if a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of a lot closing, that lot only will extend by another 3 minutes. A lot will only close if there has been no bidding activity for three whole minutes. The catalog will show the time counting down to auction close. It is suggested to refresh your page often at the end of the auction and to not assume you have the winning bid until the time has ended and you receive your paid invoice. As stated in your bidder registration, the card you have provided in order to register to bid will be charged automatically at the time of auction close. If your card is declined or you would like to inquire about paying cash at the time of pickup you MUST CONTACT (call/text) Kenny @ 765-437-6965 BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES. The total charged will include your highest bid plus the Buyer's Premium (17% of your highest bid - this is explained further in the terms and conditions category) plus 8.75% sales tax. Terms and Conditions

All items are sold AS IS. Bid Increments are as follows. Bids up to $100 will increase by $10 Bids $101 and up will increase by $25 Buyers placing a bid will notice the buyer's premium. Buyer's Premium is explained in detail in the terms and conditions the bidder has agreed to when registering for any auction. The Buyer's Premium is an additional 17% of your highest bid that will be paid by the buyer at the close of the auction. This is a common auction practice and while the Buyer's Premium varies from auction to auction, it is used in every auction nationwide. This fee allows us be properly staffed and therefore provide a smoother loadout/pickup experience for all of our customers. All items offered are subject to sale in store. A copy of your paid invoice will be sent to the email provided during bidder registration with HiBid. Please double check and confirm your contact information listed on HiBid so we may be in contact as needed. If we are unable to reach you for picking up items by 3pm on the day of pickup, paid or not, we may have to move to the next highest bidder.
