Terms & Conditions: BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% COMMISSION WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BUYER ON ALL SALES. PAYMENTS MADE WITH A CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 4% All purchases are subject to state and local taxes where and when applicable. The seller of the property may instruct the Auctioneer to place bids on any property up to the amount of the reserve price. Pickup / Removal: Pick up is the Saturday after the auction ends at our auction house between 12:00 pm - 6 pm. Pickup by appointment is possible on some items at our auction house AS LONG AS ITEMS ARE PAID FOR PICK UP DAY, We require that the shipping address match the registered billing address of the credit card used for payment.
