Description	Stalcup Ag Service will be conducting a public farmland auction on Friday, September 24th at 10:00 a.m. at the Sac Community Rec Center Conference Room, 1015 W Main St, Sac City, Iowa 50583. Offered for sale will be 219.06 acres more or less to be offered as two parcels. North-138.94 acres and South- 80.12 acres. The farm is located on The Northeast Fractional Quarter (NE frl 1/4) and Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Fractional Quarter (NE 1/4 NW frl 1/4) in Section Six (6), except approximately 30 acres sold to the IA DOT for HWY 20, Township Eighty-eight (88) North, Range Thirty-six (26) West of the 5th P.M., Sac County, Iowa.
