Buyers Premium rates charged: 10% added to each Vehicle purchase
18% added to all other items purchased
Maryland State Sale Tax of 6% will be added to all purchases
If you have a Maryland State Tax Exempt certificate, you must disclose this information before bidding so that we can assure proper reciept of sale.
Approval to Bid: Approval for bids over $10,000 requires proof of funds. Some of the acceptable methods are:
Bank statement
Screenshot of financial account (from an online banking app, for example)
Letter from bank officer or CPA

Bidders must independently verify accuracy, and may obtain additional information by attending and
visually inspecting the Lot(s) for sale. Bidder inspection is encouraged!
By placing a bid, Bidder has successfully examined the item(s) or has chosen not to personally examine them.
Payment: All vehicles must be paid in full within 48 hours (2 business days) from the auction close. Acceptable forms of payment are by method of bank wire transfer or cashier's check with overnight delivery made payable to Snyders Auction Inc. Account information for bank wire transfers will be provided in the approval email. The wire transfer must include the buyer name and reference the lot(s) purchased. Title work will be processed the following business day of bank wire posting to account. NO EXTENSIONS FOR FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY REASON. Auctioneer will charge a $2500 deposit for any winning bid on a motor vehicle purchase. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, and in the event that the Bidder does not complete payment for the Lot, Bidder agrees that this deposit will be forfeited. Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Bidder Terms and conditions, Bidder further agrees not to initiate a dispute or chargeback for this deposit, and waives all right to dispute this charge.
Unacceptable payment methods: No personal, business, or private issued checks.
Bank letters, credit/debit cards, money orders, or letters of credit will be accepted. Bidders must have the funds available and approved before placing any and all bids. Payment must be made by the successful registered bidder. Payment received by parties other than the successful registered bidder will be declined.
Title Documents: Title will be conveyed and will be mailed to the buyer the following business day after copies of signatures are obtained, or can be transferred in person when vehicle is paid in full .
All Lots offered are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS" Snyders auction Inc. makes no representation and extends no warranty, express or implied, respecting any Lot’s condition, genuineness, value, and/or quality. SNYDERS AUCTION HAS NOT INDEPENDENTLY INSPECTED OR TESTED THE LOT AND HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE LOT’S HISTORY OR CONDITION. Bidder has the duty, right, and opportunity to inspect any Lot prior to bidding, and Bidder’s participation in the auction of any lot is exclusively premised upon the Bidder’s own determinations. Winning Bidders shall accept their Lot(s) with all faults, including, but not limited to, qualitative conditions, defects and imperfections (whether structural, mechanical, cosmetic, latent, obvious, whether mentioned or unmentioned in the Lot description). Snyders Auction is not responsible for any defect in any Lot.

The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is the best interest of his client, (the seller). The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions,or adverse comments he feels are not in the best intrest of the seller.
