<p>These vehicles were all used for testing road barriers, railings and similar road safety structures.</p> <p>None of these vehicles were operational when brought onsite for testing.&nbsp; The reasons for the non-operational satus could possibly be engine failure, transmission failure or other.&nbsp; You are purchasing AS IS, WHERE IS, with a 14 day removal period.</p> <p>Some loading assistance is available.</p>
