Auction Terms & Conditions: All persons wanting to bid or purchase must register with Auctioneer and obtain a bidder number prior to bidding on any merchandise. A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the bidder has made themselves familiar with the terms and conditions contained herein. Your Bid Is A Legal Binding Contract. If you are designated as the winning bidder you agree to pay the full bid amount + buyer's premium and applicable sales tax & shipping if applies. Buyers premium is 10%...3% discount if paid by cash, or approved check. 7% NC sales tax will be applied to all purchases, unless buyer provides tax exempt proof from NC. All items are sold AS IS-WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES expressed or implied. Auctioneer or Seller shall assume no liability and will not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance, discount, or refund shall be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect, or damage. Any and all descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as authenticated or as a warranty of any type. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to have inspected the merchandise thoroughly and to have satisfied themselves as to its condition, value, authenticity, ect. Lots are open for bidding on Friday July 30th Lots start closing on Sunday August 8th @ 6:00 PM EST. Lots close at a rate of one every 30 seconds. This is a soft close auction if anyone places a bid on a lot within the last 1 minute prior to the lot closing the bidding is extended an additional 1 minute. All items/ Lots that you are the winning bidder on, Must be paid for within 48 hours after the Auction ends. If you can't pay, please don't Bid. Pickup will be on : Monday AUGUST 9th 9:00am-4:00pm. Tuesday AUGUST 10th 2:00pm-6:00pm. Other pickup times will be available by appointment, Lots still need to be paid before making pickup arrangements.
