Description	Once again, we are glad to be part of your auctioning. This auction is mostly made of Target open box, returns, damaged box and NEW product. This auction includes indoor/outdoor furniture, items for teachers, hair styling products, art work and so much more. You never know what you'll find! Be sure to read the descriptions and see the pictures for more detail on all items. All lots start at $5.00 with no reserve. All items are located at 127 North Broadway St LaPorte Texas 77571. Online bidding will take place from July 29th to August 5th. We encourage you to come and preview all items you are interested in on August 4th from 8am to 2pm. Auction starts closing on August 5th at 6pm central standard time. We accept all payment types and can invoice you for online payments. We will not ask for your card information over the phone nor will we accept over the phone payments. We do offer a 3% cash and 3% military discounts, please bring you military I.D.. All payments must be done by the 7th of August by 5pm. We are willing to work with you on pick up AS LONG AS PAYMENT IS MADE. If items are not picked up within one(1) week of auction closing date items will be considered forfeited with no refund. WE DO NOT SHIP, AT THIS TIME, TO CANADA. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING IT SET UP SO THAT WE CAN. IF YOU ARE BIDDING AND WIN ITEMS IN OUR AUCTION AND YOU ARE FROM CANADA PLEASE HAVE A U.S. ADDRESS FOR US TO SHIP IT TO. We offer shipping on most items at your expense and with a $10.00 handling fee. We ship via FedEx. Call for more details.

Any cash or military discounts will be taken from this16%. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. CARD INFORMATION IS NOT KEPT FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. PLEASE NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AND ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFITED. Shipping / Pick Up

We do have the ability to ship items to winning bidders who are unable to pick up from our location. All invoices must be paid prior to shipping and additional shipping and handling charges will apply. You MUST contact us prior to bidding to ensure that items that you are wanting to purchase can be shipped. We will not ship large furniture items, large glass items etc. Please call 281-941-4196 prior to bidding to ensure that we will be able to ship your items of interest. We use FedEx for our shipping. Pick up of your items will be Friday and Saturday August 6th and 7th from 9am tp 5 pm.
