Mesa Public Auction hereby known as MPA, SELLS BOTH NEW AND USED ITEMS. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect any items before purchase. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but MPA is not held responsible for errors and ommisions. Descriptions, accurate retail prices and Auctioneer comments are not guaranteed. MPA is not responsible for dents, dings, bemishes, scratches, missing parts or pieces, bluetooth capability, charging cords and HARDWARE etc.. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen to not personally inspect the items purchased. MPA reserves the right to reject any bid at MPA's sole discretion. All applicable taxes and fees applied to buyers invoice. MPA charges a 12%Buyers Premium on all lots sold either Online or Live in person. Mesa sales tax rate is 8.3% also added to all points of sale. MPA accepts credit cards, cash and debit cards, NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Pickup begins when live Auction concludes and ends at 5pm Saturday Live Auction day. Pickup for Online bidders or items not picked up after Saturdays live auction is on Monday following that weeks auction from 9am-5pm. MPA does not ship items sold to buyers, no exceptions. Online bids placed are the starting bids for Live Auction saturday, it is recomended to show up live in person on Live Auction day to watch over the Online bids you placed, if any. you dont want to lose your item if someone bids above your maximum bid placed online. WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING Pick up after the live Auction by 5pm or Monday by 5pm ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY MONDAY AT 5PM All orders that are not picked up will be forfeited along with payment. Two consecutive orders that are forfeited or unpaid will result in loss of auction account.
