Bidders are encouraged to inspect items being sold and are solely responsible to satisfy themselves as to any inspections, current condition, usability, etc. prior to bidding. Preview will be available by appointment only. Please contact TP Creek, Fay Goodwin at 580.227.8822 to schedule a preview. 3.An 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid on auction. 4.Purchases are subject to county and state sales tax unless buyer provides appropriate exemption permit. If purchasing for resale, please provide a copy of your Oklahoma tax exemption permit upon purchase of item(s). 5. All lots won will be charged to credit card on file 24 hoursafter close of auction unless you contact us before hand. 5.No load out shall be provided by the Seller or TP Creek. Items will be available for pickup on Tuesday and Thursday after auction from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In the event items are not removed by 3:00 p.m. the following Sunday TP Creek Online may dispose of the items at their sole discretion with no further liability to the buyer. 6.Shipping is only available to lots that are listed Shipping Available in the description.(No Exceptions)All out of state bidders won lots will be automacticly shipped unless you notify us within 24 hours of close. The credit card on file will be charged for all fees associated with shipping prior to the item being shipped. If you bought more than one lot we will combine the lots into the biggest box that can protect your goods from being damaged. We will double box the larger breakable lots for extra protection. TP Creek is not responsible or liable for any issues arising from shipment. Any issues are between Buyer and carrier. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping. no handling charge as shipping is high enough. 7.Delivery is only available to lots listed Delivery Available in the lot description and only if you live within 75 miles of Hicks Mountain at Altus Lake. (No Exceptions)Buyer are to notify TP Creek within 24 hours of close of auction, if delivery is wanted. Delivery charges are $1.00 per loaded mile per Google maps and will be charged to credit card on file before delivery. Delivery is to your driveway only. No in house installation. We will call buyer and set up a time for delivery so that the buyer can be home as quickly as we can but allow two weeks for delivery. 8.The buyer agrees to pay all invoices and/or debts to TP Creek Online in accordance to the terms set forth herein. In the event such invoices and/or debts are not paid, there will be late charges accrued at the rate of 15% per year or the max interest allowed by law. Buyer also agrees to reimburse TP Creek Online for any attorney fees, collection fees, and/or costs incurred in order to collect any past due amounts or enforce the auction terms set forth herein. Venue for any litigation is agreed to be in Kiowa County, Oklahoma. 9.Announcements made day of auction take precedence. 10.TP Creek nor the Seller is responsible for delay of signal or loss of signal by either side. 11.Bidder hereby agrees to sign/accept by electronic means, and that the electronic signature/acceptance shall have the same force and effect as an original signature.
