Description
This is an online only auction with local pick-up. If you have questions on any item(s), please contact Diane at diane@estatesol.com. We will schedule pick-ups with all winning bidders. Face masks must be worn at pick up. Local delivery may be available for a fee.
Local pick-up only on Saturday, 8/14/21. Winning bidders will be contacted for appointment times. Most lots start at $5 and increase by $1. You may enter a maximum bid and the system will bid on your behalf as may be required. Bidding starts a soft close at the designated time with lot #1 and each successive lot every 30 seconds. Those lots with active bidding will remain open until bidding has ceased for a minimum of 30 seconds.. All items are sold as is, where is; there is no implied warranty. Please bring help to load large and/or heavy items. Assistance available for a service fee. Lots will be “packaged” but not wrapped. Winning bidders failing to pick up their lots will be charged for those lots and dispensation of the items is at the sole discretion of the company. Any portion of a won lot deemed to have been abandoned will result in a clean out fee to the winning bidder at the sole discretion of the company.
