Description	Auction preview will begin on Sunday 7/25 from 10am to 4pm at our store. Items will start to close on Wednesday 7/28 at 6pm. PICKUP FOR ITEMS IS ONLY ON THURSDAY FROM 10AM TO 4PM. If you fail to pickup any items during the scheduled pickup time your items will be relisted and sold. You will not be allowed to bid on future auctions due to failure of completing the transaction. Shipment of items: PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Items that are available for shipping will be listed as such. Please do not bid on items you do not intend to purchase or pay shipping on the items in which you bid on. Bidders are responsible for all shipping fees. You are responsible to pay invoice fee within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO - Your items will be relisted and sold immediately and you will lose the opportunity to bid on future auctions from us. Payment / Invoicing: Once auction closes you will be emailed a general invoice of the charges for the items you bid on including all state taxes. We process invoices at the time customers are picking up. Items are picked and distributed at the time of pickup. Payment can be Paypal, Venmo, Credit or Debit Card. There is a 3.7% Processing Fee that will be added on at the time you pick up your merchandise if you intend to use this form of payment. Personal Check will only be accepted from local residents. You must include all information such as your address, phone number and driver's license number with expiration date on the check. At the close on Thursday all items that are processing for shipment will be gathered and weighed. You will be sent an invoice with the total of your items you won and all shipping fees to the email address you provided at the time of registration. You will then have the opportunity to pay electronically so you can have your items mailed out. Item shipment is Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only. If you fail to make payment to our shipping day you will automatically be moved to our next shipment day for your items. PICKUP OF ITEMS: You must pickup your items during the times of 10am to 4pm on Thursday! We will not hold items. Any items left will automatically become a default bid and items will be resold and bidding will cease on our page.

Terms and Conditions

Pickup will begin at 10am on July 28th -Thursday and will close at 4pm. Any items not picked up during those hours will be relisted and the bidder will lose the right to bid on any future items that will be listed.

Notice that with payment processing on Venmo, Paypal, or Credit Card a processing fee will apply to your total at checkout. A processing fee of 3.7% will apply to all Card Transactions or Transfers.

Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping is determined by lot. Please pay attention to items that can and can not be shipped before bidding. We do not ship furniture, breakable items, and bulky items. We will ship non-breakable items from our location. Shipment days are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. To meet these shipment dates you must complete all invoice payments prior to shipment. You have 24 hours to process payment once the invoice is sent to you. Pickup of Merchandise: Thursday July 28th, 2021 You will need to bring your payment with you the day of pickup. Any Bidders that default on their bids will not be allowed to bid or purchase from future auctions. Location for pickup is: 350 Allen Lane Capon Bridge, WV 26711 Located in the Old Capon Sport Shop Building.
