Bidders and users of this site agree to the terms and conditions stated below and that this is a legal agreement between Ruckert Auctions and you, the bidder or buyer. Unless otherwise stated, a standard 15% buyer's premium will be charged to all lots and items. Every individual bidder pays the same premium so please bid accordingly. For example, if an item sells for $100 the buyer will be billed $115 on their invoice. Bidders must provide complete and correct information when registering. Anyone registering using false or fraudulent information will be permanently banned from selling or buying on the site. Anyone who fails to honor an auction bid under that bidder's number will also be banned from future use of the site. Ruckert Realty and Auction reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny registration to any person or entity. Buyer will receive the invoice for items purchased via email after the close of the auction. Ruckert Auctions accepts: cash, credit cards, or debit cards. We do NOT accept Bad checks. Items must be paid in full by close of the last day stated on the invoice. There is a $5 a day late fee on all unpaid invoices. Inspections are encouraged during normal business hours. Bidders should examine and inspect items prior to bidding. In all cases, all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS without warranty by either the seller or Ruckert Auctions. Ruckert Auctions and the seller expressly disclaim any warranty concerning the condition, quality, nature, fitness for particular purpose, value or merchantability of any item. No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects or imperfections not noted. All pictures and descriptions are believed to be correct. Online photographs are provided for bidders' convenience and shall not be interpreted to create representations or warranties for any items. Ruckert Auctions upon information provided by the seller and makes no independent investigation and provides no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of this information. Ruckert Auctions cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. The bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning, Ruckert Auctions, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any items or lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of Ruckert Auctions on such matters is final. Once the item has been paid for it is your responsibility. Item not picked up during pick up times will be subjected to a storage/handling fee of $5.00 per week up to 30days. If not picked up within 30 days items will be disposed of. Ruckert Auctions will not make any adjustment or refunds for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Items/lots can be removed from an auction at any time for any reason. As a bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and Ruckert Auctions. A bid cannot be retracted. If you place the winning bid, you will be obligated to buy the product at the price you bid. Any disputes concerning relating to a bid through Ruckert Realty and Auction shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any legal actions relating to the services of Ruckert Auctions shall be brought in the District Court in Riley County, Kansas. Violation of these terms may result in you being banned from bidding on future auctions.
