Please pick up your items within 7 days of the auction closing date. Any items left after 7 days will be considered abandoned and resold to cover storage fees. By bidding in this auction, you understand and agree that we will charge these fees to your credit card on file. If you need other arrangements for pickup or shipping, please contact us and we'll work them out with you. We accept cash or check for payment when you pick up your items. We also accept credit cards, but we charge a convenience fee of 3% if you use a credit or debit card. Out of state bidders may only pay with credit card and will automatically be charged the convenience fee. If you fail to pick up your pay for your items within 5 days of auction close, we will charge your card on file for the amount of the purchase. We may charge a relisting fee of up to $200 if you fail to pay for or claim your item. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. We may charge your card in smaller increments up to the total purchase, relisting fee or dispute fee. If your credit card declines, we charge a $10 decline fee to pay for our time in collecting the amount due. This may occur up to 5 times before we give up and relist the items. If you fail to pick up your items for 10 days, we will charge a storage fee of up to $10 per day, after the first 10 days. We ship items across the United States every day and will be happy to work with you on shipping. We ship via FedEx, as they drop off and pick up from our facility daily. We can only ship to the address that you have registered for the auction with. If your address is an out of state address, we will automatically ship your items to you at your expense. We do not ship to PO boxes. If you have a North Dakota address, we will not ship your items unless you have requested. Shipping will charged to your card on file. Any lost or damaged claims are between the buyer and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for items after they leave our possession. You are responsible for understanding the regulations in your state concerning the shipping of certain items. If you purchase an item that is not legal to ship to your state, re-listing fee will apply. We do not ship outside of the United States. 18% Buyers Fee on All Purchases All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason. All Information listed on auction items is based on information from the seller. It is NOT GUARANTEED. All auction items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with any and all faults or defects. Buyers are solely responsible for determining the condition of all purchases. Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding as we are not responsible for errors in cataloging, photographing or listing auction items. Pictures are provided for the buyers convenience only, they do not imply condition and should not take the place of an actual inspection.
