Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction, not a week later. If you are bidding in-person, you pay when the auction ends, Sunday June 27th. If you are an online bidder, you initiate your payment Monday morning as soon as the sun comes up and the bank opens, or you make an appointment on Sign-Up Genius and come and pay your invoice. We keep it very simple.
Pick-up deadline is Wednesday June 30th. Know before the auction what the timeline is and know that you will pay for the items you purchase, and need to pick them up. The auction provides the convenience of a few days (Wednesday) for you to get them off the lot, but this is NOT TO BE CONFUSED with offering the bidder a few days to figure out how to pay. All bidders need to pay for what they purchased the day they show up to an auction, or initiate banking transactions the first banking day thereafter if an online bidder. We accept wire transfer, CASH bank deposit, credit cards online up to $500 (Mastercard, Visa and Discover. We do not accept Amex and we do not accept checks in any form from anyone. Do NOT write us a check, do not deposit a check to our account. Do not mail us a check, do not get one from your credit union. We do not take credit cards that do not belong to the BIDDER. Do not show up with your spouse's credit card, or your employer's card. Credit cards are only accepted by the cardholder, and you must have ID. Haulers and Transporters must have permission to pick-up items for bidders, and ID will be required. No item will leave the auction until payment has CLEARED. If you are sending a wire from outside the United States ENSURE that you include any fees that YOUR bank will charge/deduct before funds hit our bank.
