TERMS AND CONDITIONS All purchases must be settled in full at end of sale by cash, cashier's check, debit or credit cards. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. NO AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCEPTED. ? All bidders are required to register prior to the auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. 2. At the time of sale, the buyer's number and price of item sold is announced by the auctioneer. No changes in price or quanity can be made by anyone but the auctioneer, and at that time only. In any dispute over price, quanity or between bidders, the auctioneer reserves the right to settle any and all such disputes and his decision shall be final. 3. Announcements made by the auctioneer on the day of the sale take precedence over any printed matter pertaining to his auction. 4. Representation of the owner will advise, TO THE BEST OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE, as to the condition of the equipment when requested to do so. All descriptions of items in this sale are believed to be correct but no warranty as such is either intended or implied. Bidders are responsible for closely checking each item. Purchasers must understand that he or she is buying the property entirely upon his or her own examination or opinion. 5. EACH LOT IS SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS THEREIN. The item purchased immediately becomes the responsibility of the purchaser at the time it is declared sold by the auctioneer. 6. Buyer's premium is 10%. 7. When using credit card there will be an additiona 5% added to your total for credit card fee. 8. Removal of items will only be allowed once you have settled your balance with cashier and you have received a paid in full receipt. 9. Any anouncments made on sale day will supercede any and all previous terms and conditions. 10. All items must be picked up on dates stated. After time and date have passed we will hold items for 48 hours, ( there will be and additiona $5 dollar a day fee per lot will be added), then all items become property of said auction company and will be disposed of. 11. No refunds on any item or items. If you fail to pick up we will not receive any refund or credit. 12. If said auction company has to pay to have item removed buyer will be responsiable for cost. 13. Said auction company has the right to decline anyone to bid at live or online auctions. Auction company has the right to refuse service with no explanation. 14. All items are available to preview by appointment you must call or text 940-923-1736 to scheduled 15. Items that requir shipping. Buyer is responsiable for all shipping cost. An additonal 5 dollar per lot will apply for handling. PURCHASES BY DEALERS FOR RESALE: It will be necessary sale day to execute a Certificate of Resale for all purchases. This certificate must bear your sales tax permit number. Failure to furnish this information will require payment of sales tax on all purchases, NO EXECEPTION.
