Bidder Terms and Conditions -All winning bids will be subject to sales tax and a 10% buyer’s premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged at auction close for all winning bids unless otherwise approved for cash or check payment. All sales are final. -Pickup locations will be emailed to winning bidders at auction close. Winning bidders will then be required to schedule pickup time in the following 48 hours. Any items that have not been picked up or scheduled within 7 days of auction close will be forfeited back to the auction. -By registering and bidding in this auction, you accept these terms and conditions and do not hold Catlin Tool Supply liable for any losses, claims, fees, expenses, injury at site, property damage. -Bids cannot be retracted once placed. -We will not be held responsible for any technology disruptions that may arise during the auction times. -The seller(s) may bid or have someone bid on their behalf on any lot in the auction. -Shipping will not be available on any lots in this auction. -All descriptions will be published to the best of our knowledge however we will not be held responsible for any descriptions provided to us by a seller.
