By bidding with our auction company, you are agreeing to the following. This property will be sold subject to the owner's acceptance of the final bid. 10% buyer's premium is added to the final bid price resulting in purchase price. $15,000 nonrefundable deposit is due at the close of the auction in cash or certified funds (no personal checks). Proof of funds is required in order to bid. If the deposit is paid with a credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be added to the deposit. Closing will take place approximately 45 days from the end of the auction, and is not contingent on the buyer's ability to secure funds.
