TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The following are the terms that buyers and bidders agree to before bidding in the online auction. Seller(s) agree these will be the terms of online auction for the buyers/bidders. BID online at https://auctionsinkentucky.hibid.com BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a 15% buyer’s premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the buyer’s premium will be the sales price. TAX: There will be Kentucky state sales tax of 6% charged on every purchase unless an exemption is provided at payment time. PICK UP: Purchased items will be available for pickup on Friday, May 14 (10:00 - 2:00), Saturday, May 15 (10:00 - 2:00) and Sunday, May 16 (2:00 - 4:00). If another time is required, please call auctioneer to schedule. Pickup location will be 279 Dooley Drive in Mt. Washington. Shipping is available on smaller items at the buyer's expense. PLEASE BRING HELP FOR MOVING HEAVY ITEMS!! PAYMENT: Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier’s check, personal/business check. This must be delivered to the auction site upon pickup. All items and merchandise must be picked up no later than the specified time. There will be a 3.5% surcharge for credit cards. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidder understands and agrees no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc. will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at appointed times only and is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition. Bidder’s failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc. All description information has been gathered from sources that we believe to be reliable but are not guaranteed. Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, provenance, source or suitability for a particular purpose. Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify or delete any item in the auction if deemed necessary. NO ITEMS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT A PAID RECEIPT. All purchased items must be removed by the deadline specified above. Any items not removed by the deadline will be retained by the sellers. The sellers will have the option of keeping, leaving, reselling, removing, storing or disposing of items NOTpicked up and/or paid for during the removal period stated above. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items should they fail to pick them up during the stated time. Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in prosecution and bidding privileges suspened by auction company. Any item NOT picked up and/or paid for by the close of the removal period will be considered abandoned property and will remain in the possession of the sellers. SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Wigginton Romine Auctioneers reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR WIGGINTON ROMINE AUCTIONEERS SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
