Buyer's Premium There is a 15% Buyer's Premium charge for Card Payment & 10% For Cash Payments (5 percent buyer's premium discount for cash payments). PAYMENT We accepts most major credit cards and cash payment. We do not except cashier checks or out of town checks. All credit card and cash payments shall be processed by Capitol Sales Services, LLC either through Square or Currency Pay. PICK UP & CHECK OUT DAY Pickup Times Pick up times are firm. All items are to be picked up by the end of the third business day after that auction. Capitol Sales Services, LLC will be the determining factor on deciding whether or not the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. DO NOT BID on items if you do not or cannot make the pick up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Capitol Sales Services Auctions. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED ON THE DESIGNATED BUSINESS DAY ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF Capitol Sales Services. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. There is a $5.00 handling fee for any item or set of items shipped and the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost. Most shipping will be 5 to10 business days after pick up day. REGISTRATION All persons desiring to bid must register to the auction. Registration is free. A valid credit or debit card number is required as a security measurement, and it should be in the bidder's name. This is an online only auction.
