Terms: This parcel of real estate will be offered for sale in "As-Is" condition and sells as described by the Wyoming County Tax Map. (No survey will be provided.) Any and all required permits and repairs will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller will provide good and clear title to the property, updated abstract and all taxes will be paid to date of closing. (No liens or encumbrances) There will be a 10% Buyer Premium over and above the final bid to determine the final purchase price.
