Description	We have cleaned out the Jay & Ruth Miller estate from Franklin, PA to be sold at auction. Jay & Ruth are descendents of Major General Charles Miller. Mr. & Mrs. Miller traveled abroad quite often and brought back many of treasures, which you will be seeing today. Some of these items dating back to the late 1800's. Items in this sale include but not limited too: Hand Carved furniture, Bronze sculptures, artwork, early tin toys, unique collectibles, candelabras, Tiffany & Co. clock, urns & vases, as well as much, much more. We will be having a scheduled open house to view this auction in person, or also by appointment. All items sold AS IS. Auction Terms & Conditions Cash, check or credit card, 3% interest on all credit card transactions. USD only. PASST collected. Please provide us with your re-sale certificate if you have not already. We must have this on file for PAS, otherwise we will have to collect sales tax. PAS accepts all other state numbers. NOTE: Non-payers will be noted with HiBid and will be denied bidder permission in the future. Shipping Terms: Buyer pays 100% of shipping & handling costs. We charge a handling fee for every box that we pack, price varying depending on size of box to be shipped as well as labor and material used. We are NOT responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Please advise auctioneer if you want insurance on shipping. We will be in touch with all of our winning bidders post-auction, so please expect an e-mail and phone call. We will need the 3-digit pin from your registered credit card if you require shipping and are a new customer. If you have previously bought from us and require shipping, we will charge your card as your items leave the door to be shipped. Shipping / Pick Up

All furniture that will have to be shipped will be BUYER'S responsibility, meaning the BUYER will have to make arrangements for packing & shipping. All other items will be shipped via UPS, unless otherwise noted. We will charge a handling fee for every box and piece of furniture that leaves our door, handling price depending on labor & material use. We will need the 3-digit pin from your registered credit card if you require shipping, and we will charge it as your items leave the door. Pickup Date - Monday April 19th 8AM - 5PM or by appointment.
