All Sales are Final!! Warranties or Guarantees are neither expressed or implied on any items. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. Absolutely NO returns! ~ Items must be paid for before leaving the building! ~ Cards on file WILL be charged if items are not picked up during specified time period. ~ Items not picked up during specified time period will be property of Cedar Valley Iowa Realty & Auction Co. ~ Shipping costs include a $10 handling fee per box + the cost to ship through UPS or USPS. ~A 10% in house buyer's premium will be applied to final sale, NOT to exceed $100.00 per lot. A 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card transactions. ~ Payment will be cash, good check or Paypal.
