BUYERS PREMIUM of 10% (Plus 4% for Credit Card Payments) will apply to the invoice total. *** Please note, invoices totalling more than $1,000.00 will require payment via Cash, Certified Check, or Wire Transfer,, unless arrangements are made with 2nd Hand Auctions prior to the auction close. 3. AUCTION LISTINGS & LOT DESCRIPTIONS We will do our very best to accurately describe the item(s) in each lot, however there is NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE (ANY EXCEPTIONS WILL BE SPECIFICALLY DECLARED IN THE LOT ITEM DESCRIPTION) All items are offered for sale as is, where is and no warranty or guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described item. 4. PAYMENT Credit cards used to register with the auction will be charged at the close of the auction. Please note, we ship small items that will fit in a Flat Rate Priority Mail box (or similar size box) in house. ****Larger or very fragile items will be shipped via 3rd party and will be billed independantly by the 3rd party shipper ( We recommend Scott Yekel at Office Etc. 215 E Main St. Parma, ID 83660 for shipping. The shipping charge will also be automatically processed on the same card used for registration. **IMPORTANT NOTICE** Invoices totaling more than $1000.00 require payment via Cash, Wire Transfer, or Certified Check. Any payments made by check, require a 10 business day hold to clear before items will be released or shipped. 5. BIDDING ONLINE ONLY. If you do not have access to a computer, but wish to bid, please contact us directly for bidding options if available 208-272-1331. 2nd Hand Auction is not responsible for loss of online connection, or any trouble bidding as a result thereof, or any other difficulties bidding online. 6. PICK UP Specific times and place for item pick up will be posted in each individual auction description. All items purchased by the successful bidder must be picked up, or shipping arrangements made within 5 days of the auction completion. Storage fees may apply at the rate of $5 per day after 15 days of auction completion, unless prior arrangements are made. Any items left for longer than 30 days after the close of the auction, will be considered abandoned, and will be re-sold at the auctioneers discretion. 7. WINNING BID The highest bidder online will prevail. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith. Should any disputes arise between bidders the decision of the Auctioneer in the exercise of judgment as to the successful bidder will be final. 9. AUCTION ONLY All items offered for sale in this auction will be offered for sale by auction only, there are no pre-sales. 10. The Auctioneer, 2nd Hand Auctions LLC., assumes no responsibility for errors in the catalog, advertising, or on the part of the bidder. 11. SALES TAX Idaho Sales Tax of 6% is payable by Idaho buyers. No sales tax will be charged for shipments out of the state of Idaho. Out of state bidders who pick up in person WILL be charged sales tax. All Dealers must provide a valid form ST101 for Tax-Exempt Status. 12. REPUTATION Bidders with poor reputation or negative marks on the Hi-Bid™ platform will be approved at the auctioneer's sole discretion, and may be required to place a deposit. 13. THE ACCEPTANCE OF HIGH BID BY THE AUCTIONEER CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE BUYER AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE UNDER IDAHO STATE LAW. 14. SHIPPING: We do offer in house shipping for most items if they will fit safely in a "Flat Rate" Priority Mail box, or similar size boxes. We charge for actual cost of shipping, insurance (on orders over $200), and on very high end items, Certified or Registered Mail fees. Ammunition purchases: Sorry, but No Ammo will be sold or shipped to any address in CA, or NY. It is your responsibility to know and follow your state and local laws regarding ammunition. You must be 18 years old to purchase rifle ammo, and 21 to purchase handgun ammo. Ammo must be shipped via UPS or FEDEX.
