Description	We are offering up for auction three storage unit contents and 3 vehicles. All vehicles have clear titles, run and drive and sell w/ a soft reserve. All vehicles sold as is where is with no warranty written or implied. All storage units require $100 cash deposit per unit won. The deposit will be refunded if the unit is completely cleaned out by 5pm on Sunday 4-18-2021. Storage facility is located in Danville, MO. The Trading Post LLC, empoyees and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents or damage to personal property during the course of this auction and check out.

Terms and Conditions

This is a cash only auction. ABSOLUTELY NO credit cards, NO checks w/o prior approval. Buyers premium applied to all transactions. No sales tax on vehicles. Storage units must be completely cleaned out by 5 pm Sunday April 18th. Vehicles transactions will be handled by appointment only. The actual purchaser of vehicle, must be present for check out.

Shipping / Pick Up

All items must be removed from premises by 5 pm on Sunday April 18th. Storage unit deposits will be returned upon inspection of units. Actual purchaser of vehicles must be present for check out. Buyer is to bring all help and equipment and help required to remove purchases. Vehicles must be trailered off the lot as they are not currently licensed or safety inspected for Missouri roadways. Tires may need air to be driven up on trailers, also may need gas. Not sure of the fuel levels. All vehicles sold as is where is with no warranty written or implied.
