Description	Banyan's Bargains is clearing out inventory! All auctions start at $5 with no reserve pricing! We are clearing out our storage unit - everything must go! This auction will begin to close on Wednesday, April 14th at 1:00 PM MST. Items consist of new in-the-box overstock and box damage inventory from Amazon, as well as shipping and/or customer returns, as well as a couple used furniture items. Items will include furniture, home decor, electronics, household goods, automotive, industrial and other general merchandise. Item condition will be described as well as possible for each item.

Location : Item Preview and Pickup/Removal is at a storage unit at Eagle Mountain Storage - 9469 Mount Airey Drive, Eagle Mountain, UT. Preview and Pickup will be done by appointment only. There is no admittance to the storage facility without an auction representative. There will be a 12% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. There is an additional 3% charge for Credit Card transactions. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. Our removal/pickup times (listed below) are for each auction. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT MAY BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED. If you are not able to pick up your items during regular pick-up hours please contact us and we will try to accommodate an alternate pick-up time if your winning items are paid for within two days of the closure of the auction.
