All items are sold strictly as is, where is including all faults. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine exact condition and authenticity of an item. Legacy Auctions strives to accurately describe all auction items, however, written and/or oral descriptions are only our opinion and should not be considered a guarantee or warranty either express or implied. Also, the absence of a condition report does not does not imply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final - no refunds or returns.
Legacy Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion.
Legacy Auctions holds no liability for any item after is has been called as sold, and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and Legacy Auctions is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold Legacy Auctions harmless of any and all damages that may occur. **Assistance is only offered as a courtesy, there are no guarantees that someone will be available to assist. You must come prepared to load your own items bringing the necessary tools with you**.

Pick Up day is Saturday, following Friday auction 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Other times may be arranged by verbal agreement with Auction house.
Items not removed on pick up day will be considered abandoned and will become property of Legacy Auctions. No refunds will be given.

Go to the back of the white church building and an attendant will collect your paperwork and bring items to your vehicle.
SHIPPING:
FURNITURE AND OTHER LARGE ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING. if you are in doubt about an item, contact us and we will be able to tell you if shipping is available 757-735-4272.
If you have purchased an item and are not in our general area, we are happy to ship to you, at an additional $5.00 handling Fee, PLUS the actual shipping cost, through USPS or FedEx . This will be added to your invoice as a second transaction. Any amount above that, the buyer must state prior to 9am Monday, following auction. We will do our best to ship packages the most economical way.
All packing, handling, shipping and delivery services are performed at the sole risk of the buyer. If an item comes to you damaged, you must file a claim through the USPS. Insurance is suggested.
