M & C Liquidation and Auctions is always accepting consignment items. We have the area's largest Liquidation store, proudly serving, WestGrey, Wellington,Bruce,Grey Bruce, Dufferin and Waterloo Counties.We are located 1/2 a mile north of Mount Forest

Terms and Conditions

All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Buyer's premium of 10% will be charged. 13% taxes will be charged. Visa, MasterCard, Debit and CAD are accepted for payment Pick up/check out is the first Friday and Saturday after the Auction close between 10-5. Items that have not been picked up or shipped will be held for 2 weeks, if not you are unable to pick up and arrangements have not been made the bidders Credit Card on file will be charged and the item will be re-listed We ship via Canada Post and insure all items. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
