Trusted Bid-and-Assume Auction, in other words, your bid is for the DOWN PAYMENT only and then assume the balance of $21,300 (property price), less HIGHEST-BID with installment payment of maximum $181 per month (dependent of winning bid) at nine point ninety-five percent (9.95%) interest plus a one time processing fee of $249 for the ± 4.90 acres property. The payment must be made on WIRE TRANSFER by the close of business on the 3rd business day after the sale. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please note, winning bidders not pay on the 3rd business day after the sale, will be charged the using credit card that have on file for your HiBid services.
After our receipt of payment, we will send you by mail the contract for deed for the land, that you have bought. Then you must sign this before a notary public, etc.
