Description	The building has sold and all of the estates and consignments must be finished! There's something for everyone in this auction!! Preview & Pick-Up are Fridays from 11 to 5. Shipping is available but you have to let me know before 5 on Friday! Anything not paid for, picked up and/or shipped on Fridays will be re-sold --- I cannot wait for you to come and get it, sorry. Non-Paying Bidders has become a real problem, also, so please don't bid if you aren't able to pay. Auction Dates: 03/01/21 to 3/10/21 @ 7 PM This will be a "soft close" auction with lots going off every 15 seconds unless bidding occurs in the last 2 minutes which will extend the time by 2 minutes. We also can provide shipping to those in need . This will be a separate charge, but our rates are reasonable and we can ship nearly anything! Please email in advance if possible if you will need your items shipped. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed * We reserve the right to cancel any bid at our discretion. * Sales tax will be charged unless presented in advance the proper paperwork * Buyer's Premium is 15% * The credit card on file will be charged for payment in full. * Pick-up Friday 11 to 5.
