****VERY IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO BID**** Should you determine that you are not able to adhere to all the terms and conditions, DO NOT BID! Once you bid, you will be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. Bidding will be US DOLLARS PER HEAD. All animals to be paid for in guaranteed funds prior to load out. Buyer payment method will be wire transfer of funds to Triple Cross Ranch. Payment in full must be made no later than the end of business day on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Buyer must show paid in full receipt or bank receipt of wire transfer prior to loadout. No animals will be removed until payment in made in full in guaranteed funds. All animals to be removed from the ranch no later than Monday, March 15, 2021. Animals left past that date will incur a $10 per head per day charge until they are removed. Ownership and complete responsibility of the sold animals transfers to buyer upon the, (1) payment by buyer, and (2) loading of animals on buyer's trailer. Shipping / Pick Up

No animals will be removed until payment in full has been received in full by Triple Cross Ranch. All animals to be removed from the ranch no later than Monday, March 15, 2021.
