This is an Online Auction and only Online Bidding will be accepted.
There are no RESERVE BIDS on any Lots
Please be aware that once a Bid has been placed, it cannot be removed.
All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All Sales are Final unless authorized by Interntational Liquidations.
Descriptions of items will include any known defects or damages. Most items have been tested (where possible) with details, descriptions and notes provided.
All descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.
All items that we are able to ship will be identified in the Lot Description. It is your responsibility to be aware of any items we can ship, before placing your bid.

WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING CURBSIDE PICK UP ONLY!
Pick-up Dates and Times are as follows: Wednesday March 3rd from 11 am to 3 pm and Thursday March 4th th from 11 am to 7 pm (EST). Pick-up location is at our Warehouse located at 1025 Elias Street London, Ontario. Please park in the Gated Parking Lot on the west side of our building.
Any SMALL ITEM PURCHASES made by Huron County residents can be picked up in Goderich, Ontario on Sunday March 7th, from 10 am to 12 Noon (EST). If you choose this option, details of your pick-up location and times will be forwarded to you with your emailed paid receipt. ALSO, IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION AND YOUR PURCHASES ARE NOT PICKED UP DURING THE SCHEDULED DAY AND TIME, THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO OUR LONDON WAREHOUSE (THE FOLLOWING WEEK) TO BE RETRIEVED THERE!
Please note, that it is your responsibility to load items. If you purchase large items, please plan ahead!
Applicable taxes (HST) applied to all purchases
Your Credit Card information will be used for verification purposes only at the time of Registration. Successful Bidders will receive an email confirmation with an attached invoice for any amount owing. Invoice amount owing is to be paid , in full within 24 hours of Auction completion.
At time of pick-up, Purchaser will be required to sign off on acceptance of all product retrieved and acknowledge that all items purchased have been sold in "AS IS - WHERE IS" condition. All sales are final and International Liquidations does not offer Refunds, Exchanges, Credits or Discounts.
IMPORTANT: International Liquidations will make three attempts to contact any individuals who have not paid for or picked up their purchases. Following the third attempt, if no response has been received and mutually agreed upon arrangements made, the individual will be banned from Registering and Bidding at future Auctions. The individual will also be reported to our HiBid Network of International Auction Houses, affecting the Bidding Rating Score of the individual.
We are an Online Business and no longer provide "Courtesy Payment Required" phone calls.
Any unpaid or unclaimed purchases that have been paid for will remain on site for a maximum of seven (14) days before being donated to charity, placed in another Auction or disposed of.
If unclaimed purchases are still available, International Liquidations has the authorization to apply a storage fee of up to $10.00 per day to any purchases that remain on premise.
Shipping is available (at cost) for the Smaller items offered in this sale. Please send a note to the Auctioneer upon registration informing us that Shipping will be required. Also, please be aware we only ship with the "Signature Required" option to ensure package arrives to the rightful owner.
International Liquidations reserves the right to pause, reopen and/or cancel the auction in the case of system failures.
